Privacy Policy

Arbolada Integral operates the application. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to antonio.ibarra.g46@gmail.com.

• Name and email address supplied during registration.
• Account status and role, including whether an account is active or has administrative access.
• Class schedules, reservations, cancellations, and related operational history.
• Technical authentication data needed to maintain a session, such as encrypted tokens stored on the device.

The current application does not require access to the device camera, precise location, contacts, microphone, or external storage for its general operation. It does not process payment-card information.

• Create and administer user accounts.
• Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
• Display schedules and manage reservations and capacity.
• Provide administrative functions to authorized staff.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and comply with applicable obligations.

Accounts are authenticated through Supabase Auth. Passwords are not stored in the application's public profile table and are not visible to application administrators. Supabase provides technical infrastructure required to operate the service.

Authorized administrators may access the operational information required to manage the gym, including user identity, account status, schedules, and reservations. Access should be limited to legitimate operational needs.

Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. It may be processed by necessary infrastructure providers or disclosed when required by applicable law.

Reasonable safeguards include authenticated access, database authorization rules, encrypted transport, and role-based restrictions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained while an account is active and for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain reservation history, resolve incidents, prevent abuse, or meet applicable obligations. Data may be deleted, anonymized, or detached from an identity when it is no longer required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting the email above. See the account deletion instructions for the required process.

The application is not intentionally directed to children. A parent or legal guardian should contact us if they believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authorization.

This policy may be updated when the application, its legal requirements, or its operational practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL with an updated effective date.
